Mission and Vision
With its beautiful, welcoming space and wealth of resources, the Center for Student Wellbeing (CSW) invites students to make it a regular part of their schedule. In addition to the support available at the Center, CSW’s professional and student staff are active across campus—facilitating programs, building collaborative connections, and creating opportunities for students to reflect on and prioritize their well-being as an essential part of their success at Emory and beyond.
Mission
Our purpose is to foster a culture of well-being where all students can thrive. We cultivate lifelong well-being as a practiced, evolving process through collaborative, evidence-informed approaches including health education, well-being coaching, harm reduction, and continuous evaluation. Partnering with students, faculty, staff, and the community, we co-create environments that empower individuals and embed well-being into the fabric of university life.
Vision
The Center for Student Wellbeing envisions an Emory community that champions well-being locally and globally—where a community of compassion and purpose is the foundation of campus life, every student is empowered to thrive and help create a flourishing, more just world.
Location
The Center for Student Wellbeing is in the heart of the Atlanta campus, Alumni Memorial University Center (AMUC), to provide opportunities for students to explore every element of their well-being. Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
