Emotional
Emotional well-being is the practice of recognizing and expressing your emotions in effective ways, managing stress, and practicing self-compassion as you respond to life’s natural ups and downs.

Your emotions are constantly shifting, and that is perfectly normal. Practice making space for both the highs and lows, and caring for how your emotions impact your thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. Recognizing how emotions affect those around you allows you to hold space for others' feelings as well, which helps to create a healthier and more caring community. By practicing emotional awareness and self-kindness when things go wrong, you can better navigate life’s challenges, leverage stress, bounce back from disappointment, set and meet goals, and support both yourself and others.
