AlcoholEDU
AlcoholEdu for College is an interactive, online course that empowers students to make informed, healthy decisions about alcohol and other substances. Through real student stories and engaging activities, it explores the impact of substance use on the body, mind, and behavior; the benefits of reducing or abstaining; and how to support peers. This evidence-based program promotes personal reflection, responsible choices, and a safer, more supportive campus community.
All incoming first-year and transfer students at Emory are required to complete AlcoholEdu for College during their first semester. The course consists of two parts with the second part being a short follow-up available six weeks after completion of the first part. Failure to complete this requirement will result in a registration hold for the spring semester.
