Undergraduate Sexual Assault Prevention

Sexual Assault Prevention for Undergraduates

Sexual Assault Prevention for Undergraduates (SAP-U) is an interactive, online course that equips students to foster safe, respectful communities by promoting healthy relationships and understanding how to recognize, prevent, and respond to sexual assault and harassment. Through real-life scenarios and guided activities, students learn about Title IX, the Clery Act, campus policies, and how to support friends and peers who may need help.

All incoming first-year and transfer students at Emory are required to complete SAP-U during their first semester. The course consists of two parts with the second part being a short follow-up available six weeks after completion of the first part.Failure to complete this requirement will result in a registration hold for the spring semester.
